Theater Photography

Theater is challenging for obvious reasons: it is dark, the colors are all over the place, and the stage is usually not evenly lit.

However, today’s digital cameras are capable of fixing a lot of those problems.

With a little planning, a sharp eye for the action, and a great deal of fancy post-processing we can achieve terrific images that film could have never handled during an actual rehearsal or performance.
